Help with late sowing

I planted peas, spinach and carrots yesterday. I sowed them directly into a raised bed. This morning I find a cat had used it as a litter. Do I put seeds in again and take a guess about where to put them? Will a cage put around it suffice keeping cats away?? A fox also snapped my tomato plant and left me a pile of poop. I just don't know how to do this gardening stuff. I also chose the hardest time to sow?! I read I need to order a cloche now for the veg as the weather cools

Unfortunately they are attached to your lovely raised beds.
There are solutions like putting plastic forks around your plants, or covering with some sort of plant covering material like a poly tunnel but small scale which you can DIY so they don't find free soil areas.
I'm not a fan of this but her a shovel and scoop out the poop, too up with soil and plant in.

I always put wire netting over sown seeds. The local cats love newly raked soil.
I’ve just sown my carrots in a very large planter, apparently it stops carrot fly! We’ll see.

Thanks for the responses. I put chicken wire around it. I didn't think of putting it on top. That would have been a smarter thing to do! If they haven't been rummaged in tonight I'll do that tomorrow.
