Tree and foundations?

Hi - would this tree cause problems with our foundations? It's just been planted as next door have completed an apartment complex with gardens and this in in the far corner - the rest has trees and shrubs but they're further away from our home.

It's placed right at the back corner of our house, probs 2-3 metres away from one of the main corner foundations including drainage of our two upstairs bathrooms and two down stairs bathrooms (2m max away from the tree)
Thanks

Is that a rowan tree? Phone not displaying it clearly to me! It looks droopy too.

I don’t know if it would affect your foundations but once the canopy is overhanging to your land you can cut it back and the root spread is unlikely to mismatch the canopy spread. Also, it’s not willow so not too thirsty to suck water out of your base, you have plenty of time to think about this Smile
