Have a look at thorn apple.

The name of it may sound nice but it’s poisonous I think!

Agreed - it certainly does look like Datura, Henbane or a similar member of the Solanaceae family (Nightshades) related to potatoes and tomatoes. Toxic and hallucinogenic - take care when handling if you intend to remove it! Personally I like them and have a few in my garden, along with other 'witchy' plants like Blue Aconite which, again, is very beautiful, but toxic.

In the background of your picture and to the left is Fat Hen and to the right what looks like young rosettes of a Verbascum species
