Is this a weed?

Hi can anyone tell me if this is a weed or not please? I have a few of them growing in a boarder. Thanks

It looks like a type of Veronica, not a weed. The flowers are probably purple.

Oh lovely thank you! I did try to ID it with an ap but couldn't find a match. I'll hold off pulling it up and wait for it to flower.

It looks like lambsquarter to me, which is a weed although an edible one; a bit like spinach. Don't eat it though - someone may know what it really is!

It's a chenopodium - lambsquarter is one. Only you can tell if it's a weed - a weed is a plant that you don't want. There isn't a subdivision of plants called "weed". Something you nurture in you garden maybe something I weed out of mine whenever I see it.
