Anyone bought a greenhouse this year

I bought one of those small plastic growing houses last summer which was very good for the price actually but it’s small and a bit flimsy when it’s very windy, it survived the winter though.
However I’m looking at getting a more permanent structure to replace it. I have a space which is just 8x8 on a hard standing and was looking at that size or maybe 6x8 but the usual places don’t appear to have anything in stock. I’m assuming it’s due to covid.
Has anyone managed to buy one without spending a fortune ?

I'll be buying a new one this autumn- might be best to wait till then so you can prepare a base and plants don't need it etc? Mine won't be cheap though, going for a swallow :)

Delivered in April. Delighted with it, now full of tomatoes, chillis, etc. £999. Is that a fortune? Possibly. Enjoying the greenhouse v much and it looks lovely in the garden.

If you have space for 8x8 then don't settle for 8 x6 unless you have to. A greenhouse is never as big as you need.

But v hard to find 8 x 8 - they aren’t a standard size.

@leli that looks lovely but I was looking to spend less than that if possible.

@MereDintofPandiculation I would like to use the full space if possible but as you say 8x8 seems to be even harder to find.

Try the Greenhouse People. DH bought from them this winter and us very happy. They do square greenhouses too.
