Can anyone identify this orange plant - covered in bees

Hi all,
I spotted this lovely plant at our local garden this morning, and would love to buy one. I can't actually work out what it is though - any thoughts?

They’re quite hard to find to buy - have you grown them before @Douya? The seeds look tricky to grow, and the tubers aren’t available until autumn.
