Help! What is the matter with these cucumbers?

I planted out my cucumbers ( all happy and grown from seed) a few weeks ago but they haven’t really grown and now the leaves are turning yellow - and then brown and crinkly.

Please can anyone help me solve this?

I grow mine in the greenhouse. It’s probably too cold for them and possibly too wet.

Could you get a cheap grow house for them?

Nitrogen deficiency can make cucumber leaves turn yellow, so it could be that a fertiliser with a high nitrogen content would help.

Is it just the first couple of leaves? Mine do this but then healthy green growth above that.

Mine are in a greenhouse though, and much bigger, and fruiting a lot. I think yours might be a bit cold.

Thanks they are an outdoor variety but I planted them out right at the end of the hot weather and then it turned so cold

no idea. Cucumber novice and mine are doing the same. One completely died on me, so have gone to the garden centre to get replacements!
