Petunia or courgette?

Had a nice range of courgettes started from seeds this year and I planted them out in the veg beds last week. One has flowered beautifully......It's a white petunia!!! Now I'm often guilty of not labelling properly or losing labels but with lockdown my labelling skills have been spot on. There must have been a petunia seed in with the party pans (my personal bete noir)?

Gosh I thought this was a baby name thread for a moment

I’m always getting random seeds in the wrong place. A result of untidy potting up bench!
I have a lovely Chilean Glory Vine growing alongside my sweet peas.

I do like the odd flower growing in the veg beds. Inspired after I visited the Geoff Hamilton’s cottage garden at Barnsdale

It happens! Even some of my tulips were "wrong" this year because the bulb company had mislabelled them.

There's huge overlap between the gardening and baby name threads ...

InfiniteSheldon · 05/06/2020 11:29

I'm definitely calling my next baby Courgette GrinGrinGrin
I also love flowers in the veg bed but there's a tad difference in the size of a petunia and that of a Courgette 🤔
