My box hedge is under attack. Third year in a row now. Anyone else seeing this?

Have you tried Topbuxus Xentari on your hedge OP? I have lost several Buxus plants over the past 2-3 years- I have them in pots either side of my front door- and thought I must be neglecting them, until I heard of these pesky caterpillars. Researched and found the Topbuxus stuff, which I tried on my latest new Boxes last year. It works, but you have to be persistent and thoroughly soak all the plants regularly during the danger months. I found it easiest with a pressure sprayer lance shoved right in betwen the branches. Mine look great this year, but having read your post I will be re-treating them tomorrow just in case.......

iamall, I do use xentari (only reason the poor hedge has made it thus far), but I like the sprayer idea. At present it's pretty slow work with my little spray bottle. The pheromone moth trap didn't catch anything this year--either a bad batch or I put it out too late.

A friend of mine swears they attack her fig trees as well as the buxus . Sent me pictures of the leaves.
