Help with growing mint and oregano from seed

Me again Smile

Our mint and oregano have both propagated well in little pots. Too well in fact. We now have about 30 odd tiny plants in each little pot.

What is the best plan for planting on into bigger pots? Should we sacrifice most of them and put singles in individual pots? Or keep clumps of seedlings together?

Is there an optimum time to plant on into bigger pots? Usually I'd wait as they really are still tiny but I worry about having so many in together in the same pot competing for space.

Thanks!

Wait till the plants have several pairs of leaves. I usually try to separate out a few into single plants and pot up the rest in little clumps.
