What is this flower?

I'm no good with flowers or gardening but my mum sees this flower and says how much she's loves it but doesn't know what it is.
Anyone take a guess please?

It's a type of rose, but there are hundreds and hundreds of different kinds. It looks to me like an old style rose, but maybe a rose expert will come along in a minute. Are you hoping to buy her one to grow OP?

look up dog roses, or rosa rugosa, mine is a dog rose, with a less fulsome flower, and smells amazing.
