Hello, not really a gardener, have a plant and see how it goes approach, but spotted something which I can best describe as a red brain growing in the lawn this afternoon. Cursory Google didn't identify, doesn't look like 'red thread' but assume a fungus or slime mould of some sort? Bouncy to touch
