Trying to grow tomatoes - help!

I bought some small tomato plants online and have planted them in big pots. I kept them inside the shed at the window for a while, but a few have died. The ones that survived are now outside, but look very sad, although at least one has a flower bud.

I've been feeding them with Miraclegrow once a week.

Anything I can do to help them?

I've grown tomatoes in the past, but it's a while ago, and I had no problems.

Should say, some are beef tomatoes and some "Tumbler" cherry tomatoes.

Thanks.

Lots of water and sun

Have you checked for signs of blight?

I think I put them outside too early. They're growing slowly and have flowers now, just look a bit scruffy.

Were they out on a cold night at all? Tomatoes don't like to get too cold and we had some cold clear nights after sunny days a few weeks ago.

I’d try a specific tomato food rather than miracle gro although I’m not an expert
I think they have a quite different formula. Tomato food is cheap and available at lots of places.
Remember to water regularly and don’t let them dry out or the tomatoes can split.

We have had a lot of overnight frosts in the last few weeks so could easily have been one of these. Tomatoes are very sensitive.

One of the frosts even killed my potatoes that had been in since February!!
