Hello
I'd like to plant a yellow rose in my front garden and just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for which particular one to go for? I'd like something that flowers lots for as long as possible! Thanks

How lovely. I’ve looked at lots of yellow roses for my front garden, but got distracted and bought a green one instead. There are some variables, climber, shrub or standard, is one, aspect is another, and whether the rose is to go into the ground or stay in a pot.
You can’t go wrong with David Austen roses and their website is brilliant. Their roses are expensive, but worth every penny. My front runner was Vanessa Bell from David Austen, but immerse yourself in the website, and work out which you love best.

I have Arthur bells and can’t recommend them highly enough.
Beautiful big blousy pale yellow flowers with a lovely strong scent.

Oh and they flower from May to September if you deadhead regularly 👍

David Austin The Poet’s Wife is lovely

Graham Thomas is supposed to be Britain’s most popular rose.
