Is it thorny? It's Crataegus laevigata. It looks lovely.

No idea, a friend asked if I knew what it was

you were correct with Azalea

ppeatfruit · 12/05/2020 07:57

No it's a hawthorn (Crategaeus) . Azaleas are out in the late winter.

Badabingbadabum · 12/05/2020 08:02

Azalea. I've got four in flower in my garden right now.

Pinkywoo · 12/05/2020 08:03

It looks like an azalea to me.

Brumcherub · 12/05/2020 08:06

Identical to the two azaleas 🌺 in my garden now.

stella1know · 12/05/2020 09:20

My azealeasnare in full
flower now.

ppeatfruit · 12/05/2020 09:32

Oh ok I stand corrected, my hawthorns are out now, (they are white though) My azalea stopped flowering 2 months ago .

Badabingbadabum · 12/05/2020 11:35

I think azaleas have quite a long flowering season. We have a white one which was finished flowering by the beginning of march. I would happily have s garden full of them, so many flowers!
