Bug Clear Fruit & Veg Gun - it's a spray and can be used on edible crops.

I spray with diluted washing up liquid. Does the job, is cheap and harmless. Unless you’re a greenfly.

I think I like the washing up liquid idea more than pesticide. How much do you dilute it? I was looking for some ladybirds to eat them but couldn't find any🐞

I just give a double squirt into the Litre spray bottle of water. Not very scientific, but works and doesn’t spoil the plant. They do tend to come back so needs doing a couple of times a week until the ladybirds start appearing.

I bought ladybirds on amazon and they arrived today - put them on the leaves and they have gone to work!

A gardener I used to know would hang a bird feeder in or near any greenfly-laden plant to attract the tits.
