Can anyone identify this tree for me?

I saw it on a walk today - on edge of the grounds of what was a stately home type place. It was so stunning and I've never seen one before. Any help gratefully received.

It is Davidia Involucrata or the handkerchief tree. It takes 20 years of growth before the white appears.

They are beautiful trees. Check out Indian bean tree at the same time. I want both!
