I bought this last year at the school fete, I can’t find the info! I remember the pic had yellow flowers, any help appreciated , thank you

When would I see the flower buds? Irmgard been in there nearly 12 months and has just really started to take hold but no sign of any flowers..maybe too soon (?) I remember the lady saying it gets quite bushy so I need to be careful it didn’t take over!

looks like a tree peony to me- needs time to settle itself in before it flowers but when it does it's wonderful
