My neighbour is replacing previously 6ft fence panels with 5ft ones which are on a 5ft wall at the side of our house. There is a 1.5m gap/border at the top of this wall which we own (in front of his fence). I’d like something to obscure his view into our back garden (the fence area is about 12m long) Is there anything, perhaps tall wavy grasses (but not invasive ones) or leafy white tall plants which wouldn’t need much care (I’d have to climb up on to the top of the wall to prune etc and the 5ft drop is a bit sketch)
I’ve considered Purple Moor Grass but don’t know much about it, just internet research. Or possibly Eupatorium but wondered if these are a bit like Budldleia if not carefully maintained?? Any garden advice gratefully received.
