Plant or weed?

Can anyone advise what this is? It appears to be popping up at the front of my house but I dont know whether to dig up or keep...

If you like it keep it. If you don't then don't. Some 'weeds' are just lovely.

Leave it for a year and see what happens.

It’s a hellebore.

It's a green hellebore (used an app called PictureThis). It's helped me find out what so many things in my garden are!

I do quite like it so was hoping it wasnt a weed! There's no law saying you can plant only those things that other people like.A weed is merely a plant that is growing where it isn't wanted. If you like it and want it, then by definition it isn't a weed.
