Found down the side of my house, looks similar to a nettle. It’s v pretty and I’d like to dig it up and plant in my garden, but will I regret it. Is it some sort of rampant weed?

What is this??

Jack by the Hedge, also known as Garlic Mustard would be my guess.

It's easy to keep under control - it doesn't have long underground runners, for example. It's been a boon in this days of hard-to-get supermarket delivery slots - it's featured quite heavily in our lunchtime salads.

It's a major foodplant for the the orange tip butterfly - they lay their single orange eggs on the flower stems.
