Can someone please help me identify these plants and flowers?

Just that really!

The various pink flowers look like achillea.

The taller yellow ones look like yarrow and the dense bunches look like allisum.

They might even be pink Geraniums.

To me the back taller ones are definitely yarrow.

Achillea millefolium is the scientific name for yarrow.

I think the pink ones are common geraniums
