Is there an easy allotment book for first time allotment holders?

Allotment month by month is one I love as it tells you what to do each month and diff things to sow / grow.

I just came on to say the same @pumpingRSI! I've got loads of gardening books but this is the one I go to all the time. Loads of the others do it by vegetable, or A-Z but I find the month by month layout such a good reference.

I loved the half hour allotment. So many good tips to make it manageable. Like if you only have half an hour then spend 10 mins picking, 10 mins sowing and 10 minutes weeding.
