Our neighbors (opposite) are happy for us to have 3m trellis. Do I still need to apply for a planning permission?
We've got a sloppy garden this mine in much higher than theirs. Even 2 meters doesn't really provide them any privacy while they use their garden not mentioning the fact that I can see them in their house through their windows.
We are on a good terms thus I was wondering if I have to go through the process of applying for a planning permission or I will be fine just agreeing with my neighbours?
Can my neighbours on my right or left object even if trellis wouldn't be installed on the joint fence that I've got with them?
