Swimming pool

Hi I was wanting to get a best way swimming pool for the garden for the summer but I'm a bit dubious as I think it's going to be complicated with putting chemicals in to keep it clean etc. Has anyone else had experience of this? What are the best pools to get and what equipment etc do you need for it? Tia xx

What size and depth are you thinking of?

We had a pool when I was a child. Can't remember it being much trouble, no grumbles from parents about difficulty of the chemical routine and the water was always crystal-clear. The useful bit of equipment was a skimmer, which caught any dead leaves that fell in.
