Planting seeds with no access to compost ?

Is anyone else having to make do and will it matter much ?
I have collected soil from mole hills and added some veg food and hoping for the best! It looks very heavy soil so presumably I shouldn’t let it stay wet for long and have mostly planted peas in it (undercover).

I have one bag compost soil left over from last year and am currently trying to decide what to plant and what to go without.
Using mole hill soil was a good idea.

Can you get to a lidl or waitrose? Most sell compost.

Amazon is delivering us some.

Our peas were grown with none last year though.

I ordered a huge 90l bag from eBay earlier, it's being delivered on Friday
