Is my Devil's Ivy houseplant getting flower spears??

Pic attached? Is that what these are!? I can't find a photo online of what they might look like if they do flower? Does anyone recognise if that's what they are?

I don’t think that’s a devils ivy even though it looks very similar and i thought it was at first glance. It looks a bit more succulenty but I’m afraid I don’t know what it is. They do look like they could be flower spikes which a lot of succulents do have.

It's Peperomia obtusifolia variegata, and yes, that is a flower spike - very insignificant!

Thank you both! Nan, you're spot on. But you mean that's the entire flower I thought it might burst into full colour or something but it seems not! Well, at least it means it's happy, I've only had it a few weeks and these have appeared.
