Hi there, I have this cute house plant but it keeps dying and so I want to know what it is so I can make sure I'm caring for it properly.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
I have already tried googling and even a plant identifying app!
Thanks!

Not sure, I would guess some sort of sedum?

It is a succulent, so follow care advice for those.

Maybe this or similar? Sedum Acre en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedum_acre

Keep it dryish and sunny in rocky soil. Not too much water but a cupful sporadically. Benign neglect.

I would add some gravel to the top soil. Possibly the watering is rotting the stem. Sedums will die more from overwatering than under. They live most on dry rock crevices.

If the soil around the roots is claggy, you can lift it and add some grit or some gravel to allow it to drain more freely.
