Best cat repelling plants?

Absolutely furious to discover this morning that the neighbours tom cat has dug up all my violas and taken the most massive shit where they used to be

Anything I can plant in their place that cats find offensive?

Bramble clippings if you have any growing nearby. I spread them over bare patches of soil and it seems to put them off for a bit.

Watching as I'm similar, it was my dahlias. All the cats have now been using that area as the public toilet all winter. I've tried cinnamon, twigs, even my husbands pee at the boundary 😂🤢
My dog isn't even scaring them off.

Yes I have read about lavender, I’m not sure how accurate the saying about is tbh because I have both English lavender and rosemary in my garden and cats don’t seem bothered by them.

I relocated a big thorny rose bush there this afternoon and will buy cat repellent powder tomorrow, am hopeful 🤞🏻 the tom will stay away.
