I would like to plant some column, evergreen shrubs about a metre away from our house. I'd like to be able to keep them no more than 1.5/2 metres high and as narrow as possible. Would juniperus scoulorim blue arrow or taxis navotas fastigiata be good choices? Would roots be a problem that close to the house? Thanks.
