Dendrobium Nobile White Orchid

What on Earth do i do with this? It's growing out all over the place

Repot it! Get some orchid compost (they need special compost that’s very light and free draining) and a see through plastic pot from your local garden centre. I’d go for a size or two bigger as they’re quite vigorous. I’m terrible for killing orchids but I managed to repot my dendrobium with out killing it so they must be tough .

Can i do anything about the canes growing out of the side instead of straight up? Its a lovely plant but going crazy.

Not that I know of. You could try growing it in more light- apparently dendrobiums like a bit more light than other orchids. My canes do the same, mine probably does need a brighter position but it flowers and is otherwise happy so I’m too scared to move it! I think you can cut off old cane once they start losing their leaves (and so long as you have other canes with leaves).
