Two years ago we spent a lot of money replanting our front hedge with photinia red robyn. Its been doing great so far and has really started to fill out... until today when we noticed that most of the leaves on one side have black spot!
Most of the online advice is to cut out the affected leaves. My only worry is the time of year. Will cutting the hedge back now to get rid of the black spot not leave it open to frost etc?
