Christmas tree food

I have a potted Christmas tree that I bring indoors each year (on its fourth year now). I have just repotted it in a bigger pot and it has some fresh green growth. Just wondered if any gardners have any recommendations on plant food / anything I could mix into the soil to keep it healthy and hopefully keep going for many more years.

You've just repotted it (with fresh compost presumably) so there will be plenty of nutrients in there until mid-spring.

Any ordinary garden fertiliser would be fine after that.
