Is this conifer healthy?

We're buying part of our neighbours garden, and it currently has a conifer in it. At least I think it's a conifer? I'm wondering if it's healthy as it's branches are drooping and in places seem to be 'falling' out of the natural shape. The neighbour would like us to keep the tree if it's deemed healthy. Any tree experts on here? Pic to follow...

Conifer just behind the fence. Hopefully it's clear enough...
And bonus points if you know what the big tree behind it is, as that's also on the piece of land!

Looks fine. Needs a bit of trimming though. Why not take the picture to your local garden centre? They can probably tell you more and advise on local tree surgeons.

Looks fine, you could shape by removing lower branches.

Many thanks, good to know just needs a reshape!
