What to put in a window box for Autumn/ Winter

Have space for a window box which I didn’t last autumn! Currently have poppies in it but they’re reaching the end and are looking v shabby! My gardening skills are v new to me so not sure what to do next

What bright, pretty, fun plants or flowers could I do for Autumn/ Winter? Needs to be hardy, preferably minimal maintenance as I’m lousy at gardening!

I think cyclamen (pink & white) & heather are beautiful together.

Yes, miniature cyclamen should do well, also small violas, which are just coming into garden centres now - they come in many different colour variations. You could under-plant with miniature narcissi too.
