Autumn vegetables

Now that the veg patch is starting to clear a little, I've picked all my cauliflower as we were going on holiday and the slugs would have got them otherwise, and I've picked some beetroot, can anyone suggest what I could plant now? I've got an abundance of pumpkin, kale and sprouts growing. Other things growing with less success but I'm wierdly obsessed with refilling any spaces.

So, is anyone planting? Can you please inspire me?

Thanks

I’m going to sow some salad bits, rocket and parsley early next week.

Ooo, these are quick responses, thank you. I wonder if lettuces would fit in the salad section? Specifically little gems or that type. I tried the red lettuces and rocket /spinach mixed seeds but the lettuces weren't that nice and the rocket was vvv strong.
I already have quite a lot of herbs growing so not fussed about adding to them. Maybe garlic? I've wondered about them before.
I might pop to the garden centre later and see what they have.

Thanks again
