Yes sedum, aka ice plant. It has red or pink flowers from very late summer into autumn. Good for when everything else has died back.

Looks great frosted too in the winter, which might be why it gets called ice plant?

It's an Autumn flowering plant OP so won't flower for at least another month. The flowers will start gradually looking pink
