I've just cut this back as it was so tall but I'm not sure what it is?
Have taken some pictures but not sure if you'll need a better one

Ash tree sapling?

Standstilling · 06/08/2019 16:34

Elder - burn it down! Bloody invasive stuff

It’s an ash tree sapling. They’re a real nuisance, get rid of it while it’s still small.

OrgasmicScalp · 06/08/2019 17:22

Ah ok... thanks. Will cut it down and dig it up! It's completely in the wrong place but appeared from nowhere

Yes, it's an ash tree sapling. You can see the green bark, and if you look closely you'll see the buds are black, especially in winter.
