Rose has lost every single leaf!

They all just went yellow and dropped off!

The other roses (same cultivar) are all fine and the leaves didn't look mottled or spotted at all, they just went yellow and fell.

Is it dead or is it likely to sprout new growth again you think?

It is in a particularly sunny spot and the yellowing first happened at the start of the heatwave.
So maybe it's just a bit of heat stress and it'll recover?!?!

Is it an established plant you have had for some time, or is it fairly newly-planted? Water it like mad, gallons of the stuff. Don't fertilise it though, it won't be able to cope with food if it is struggling. Fingers crossed.

No it's fairly new
I planted it a few days before the heatwave started.
