Does anyone know if there's a way to hold back the growth of squash that need to ripen on the vine? I'm growing spaghetti squash and they are already massive and not even close to ripe, but if I pick them when they are a good size they won't be ripe. If I leave them to ripen they'll be too big to eat anyway
