Double headed rose ID please

Another post on my new rose bush! It has its first two blooms but one appears to be double headed. I can't find much info on this on the Internet. Unfortunately the ID tag has been lost.

Do you good people have any idea why only one is double headed and what this rose is? Thanks.

There are quite a lot of similar roses, but it could be one called All My Loving.
The double centre is a mutation, quite unusual but not an indication of anything wrong with the plant.
