Garden design help

I have a small but wide garden. 2 patios one in front of 2 sets of French doors and also patio along the right hand side of the garden I have a large summerhouse at the back and a large conifer to the right of the this the rest is grass

I was thinking of putting a focal point in the foreground of the garden like a rose arch covers with climbers and some low walls planted up. I hoped this would focus the eye rather than drawing it to the end of the garden and the summerhouse.

What do you think?

Also what about garden Mirrors?

I also would like to hide the trampoline and football goals a bit!

Any ideas?

Thanks

Can you give us more idea of size? I thought I was picturing it OK until you mentioned the trampoline and the football goals!

What are the relative proportions of grass and patio?

Is the summerhouse at the back of the garden or at the back of the RH patio?

A substantial timber pergola across the end of the patio might look more substantial than an arch. A fencing company would construct one for you.
You could grow a vine across it intertwined with a climbing rose.

Can you sink the trampoline into the ground? My DSis has done this with hers and it really does disguise it quite a lot (although she still needs the safety nets of course). When her DC are older and no longer want the trampoline she is planning to turn the hole into a pond.

When her DC are older and no longer want the trampoline she is planning to turn the hole into a pond. Of course, depending on the water table, it may turn into a pond sooner, as happened with a neighbour's firepit.
