Not a fuchsia.

It's a double flower rather than two flowers.

An App I’ve got called picture this suggests Himalayan honeysuckle.

I agree with 'phones' it is Leycesteria formosa, pheasant berry or Himalayan honeysuckle

Not sure why as it's nothing like a honeysuckle
