Whats the best way to store potatoes? We've dug ours up as a couple were starting to rot and get eaten. There are enough to keep us going for a couple of months, are they better in the shed, although I'd worry about the mice eating them, or cupboard under stairs, do they need to be bagged up, or left in baskets for air to circulate? I use an old small cardboard box with a lid like a shoebox or slightly larger in the kitchen. They need to be kept cool/dark and in a breathable container

I am using the bookstart bag in a dark cupboard. Fingers crossed!

You need hessian sacks.

If you have to keep pots in cool dry dark place, can you use the fridge?

I am a first time grower and don't know what to do with them
