I have a little patch of this and don't know whether it is something I have planted or a weed.

It is just about to flower so if it is a weed need to pull it up before it sets seed.

TIA.

Can anyone identify this please?

Presumably you mean the whitish leaved thing? Cudweed, I think, a wild flower, so whether you pull it or leave it is up to you and how attractive you find it. It's not going to take over your garden (it's certainly nowhere near as invasive as the cultivated Euphorbia cyparissius (cypress spurge) that you have next to it). My suggestion would be to leave it a bit longer until you've got a better idea of what it looks like in flower.

Thank you MereDint, I googled and it is definitely Cudweed. I will leave it and see what it looks like when it flowers.

The Euphorbia cyparissius was dug up about 15 years ago and some bits still pop up every year.
