Does anybody know what this is? Thanks in advance!!

Hard to tell from the photograph. If it has a slightly mealy look and inconspicuous green flowers, it's one of the Chenopodiums (goosefoot) - in which case, if you're sure of your id, it's edible. It's one of the few of the very many things that "can be used like spinach" that is actually worth eating.

An outside chance that it's an aberrant garlic mustard or jack-by-the-hedge, but the leaves aren't quite the right shape.

At first glance I thought it might be Leycestria formosa, but the stems aren't sturdy and cane-like enough.
