DH wanted to grow some Venus Flytraps. He got seed and planted it, and lovingly tended it - told him some while ago that it wasn't what he thought - but now it's really quite pretty, what is it? Any ideas?

@Gatekeeper yes could be. OP sage is in the salvia family!

@GreasedPiglet I know it's crazy how different salvias can be!

I have a lovely one - patens- which has a single bright blue flower at each leaf and slightly furry leaves and a huge white Turkish variety, neither of which look nothing like Hot Lips which just about everyone on here seems to have!
