Please help me identify my enormous hedge

We bought this house 18 months ago and have done nothing in the garden. It's a large corner plot and this hedge wraps most of it.

It's so pretty and the wildlife seems to like it. I really want to plant more of it in the remaining area, but have no idea what it's called! Can anyone help please?

It looks like escallonia 'Apple blossom' to me.

You could try taking some cuttings.

There are a lot of Escallonia varieties so if you buy new plants they might not match the hedge you already have.
