Can anyone tell me what this is please? Very pretty coloured foliage in the Spring, now has white flowers that the bees love.

I always thought of it as Jacob’s Ladder, but have realised this morning that I’m wrong.

It looks like a type of Spirea, there are several varieties with different shaped leaves, some yellow. The flowers range from white through pink to purple.
I’m not sure of the exact variety you have.

Hmmm, not convinced from image search.

Better pics of foliage attached.

Google search Sorbaria it’s a type of Spirea. The foliage is very similar to your picture.

It's called meadowsweet! One of my favourite summer wildflowers.

At least, I think it is, based on the flowerheads 🤔

Beebumble2 has it - sorbaria - thank you!

Aah well done @Beebumble2 !
Bizarrely, I've just realised I have sorbaria growing in a pot near my front door 😳😂
