Is my alstromeria dead?

I ordered three alstromeria plants from a garden centre and. They arrived today. One seems string and upright but the other two are really limp. Not sure if that's normal and they will pick up in the soil or if I need to contact the garden centre for a refund? Will try and add pictures.

Either plant then in the garden or repot them into larger pots and they’ll revive. They’re a bit sad because they’ve been packaged up. I’d say give them some water, but the weather will do that for you!
